Refund policy

If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt.

• We will pay the freight for return or exchange if it is our responsibility (The product is damaged or the wrong package is sent）.Then we will give you a return label.
• The buyer will pay the return and exchange freight if it is the buyer’s responsibility(Return for personal reasons).
• You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

• All damaged or defective clothing will be refunded or ship a new one immediately, so provided that the relevant proof is attached when contacting us.  
• Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
• Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
• We follows a 30 days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
