These are dope Really light, easy to slide on Definitely not supportive at all so if you re already suffering from support issues like weak ankles I would highly recommend not working out in these I just got them for long shifts at the hospital and they hold up great for that purpose But for running I don t think they d be nearly supportive enough on the arches to be considered a safe running shoe Very good for weight training though
